Grandmaster Paul Cutler

Grand Master Paul Cutler is the founder and President of A.C.E. Taekwon-Do. He is also the first ever student to be promoted to IX Degree Grand Master by First Grand Master Rhee Ki Ha. His Taekwon-Do training began in 1973 at the Polytechnic TKD club in Oxford, England. His instructor and mentor throughout his career has been First Grand Master Rhee Ki Ha - all of his gradings, from white belt to his promotion to IX Degree, have been personally conducted by Pioneer Rhee Ki Ha.

General Choi Hong Hi, the founder of Taekwon-Do, recognised Grand Master Cutler's expertise, awarding him as the "best instructor in Britain" on multiple occasions and presenting him with an outstanding instructor award in 1995. He attended over 30 international courses conducted by General Choi Hong Hi and assisted the founder at seminars across Europe and Australia. He teaches authentic ITF Taekwon-Do, adhering to the complete martial art as formulated by General Choi. After a period as the most senior instructor in Australia, he returned to the UK. In 2011, he resigned from the UKTA to follow First Grand Master Rhee Ki Ha and subsequently founded Authentic Centres for Excellence of Taekwon-Do in 2012.

Both Mr Dryden and Miss Booth have trained with Grand Master Cutler many times over the last decade – and always come away in awe of our President’s knowledge and experience in the art of Taekwon-Do.

"Taekwon-Do has enabled me to do things with my life and to become someone I could have never been without it"
